THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO TAKE PART:

1. In the classroom

Download our free, ready-to-use worksheets for Key Stage 1, 2 or 3 and bring Green Football’s Great Save into the classroom. Use the QR code to log your activity, and you’ll score green goals for your students. Take your classroom learning further with the green goal’s checklist. Pupils and their families can score more green goals by taking some simple actions at home and logging their scores.

2. Sew it to save it

One of the best things we can do to extend the life of our clothes is to repair them.

Support your students to build a lifelong skill through our sewing activation.

Get inspired by our video featuring Patrick Bamford testing out his own sewing skills.

3. The ginormous jumble sale

We’ve all got unused sports kit in the back of our cupboards at home and at school, there’s usually a mountain of sports kits and lost property in reception. Use the Great Save as your reason to host an all-school jumble sale with students donating old or unwanted clothing.

Bring in the PTA to drive it and use it as a fundraiser for the school. Donate non-uniform leftovers to our charity partner, Salvation Army, via their Recycle With Michael scheme.
