Fan Prize Competition 2025 

CUI-Count Us In Limited incorporated in England & Wales under company number13199784 a registered charity in the UK (registered charity number1195686 of10 Queen Street Place London EC4R 1BE) (“CUI”), has legal and fiduciary responsibility for Count Us In and the Green Football’s Great Save campaign (“GFGS”), which is run in conjunction with Pledgeball, Sky Zero, TNT Sports, exceptionalTM and the Football Supporters Association. This competition is run by CUI on behalf of GFGS. 

How to Enter 

To enter, individual participants must score a green goal by trying new climate-friendly habits and uploading evidence to the Green Football website. You will automatically enter into the prize draw once the evidence is correctly uploaded per the activation instructions. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. 

• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted (but individuals can record their activity in the campaign multiple times). 
• The prize draw is free to enter. 
• Employees and consultants of CUI and its group entities or our GFGS partners and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw. 
• The competition runs from 00:00 11th March 2025 until 23:59 3rd April 2025. 
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

Prizes* 

The prizes are as follows for individual entrants: 

1. 10 sets of 12-Month Free Sports & Ultra Boost Vouchers*
2. 2 complimentary tickets for the Sky Bet Championship Final 2025 – Saturday 24th May 2025 at Wembley Stadium*
3. 2 tickets for the World Cup Qualifier Wales vs. Liechtenstein – Friday 6th June 2025 at Cardiff City Stadium*
4. Signed Lionesses 2023/2024 Shirt – Small, Female Fit*
5. A vintage club gilet upcycled from your own kit by Rose Ojo*

*These prizes will be subject to Additional Prize Terms noted at the end of these Terms and Conditions. 

• Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another similar prize, which may be of equal or lesser value, if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. We will not offer any form of compensation, financial or otherwise. 
• Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier. 
• Voucher and Ticket prizes may not be sold in any circumstances. 
• We and our GFGS partners shall have no liability and or responsibility for your, or your guest’s, enjoyment of any prize or any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize which are beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any act or failure to act of any of the prize suppliers. 
• CUI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant. 
• Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. 
• CUI accepts no responsibility for the third party provision of Prizes, they are offered 

Selection of Winners 

Individual winners – The prizes will be allocated in the order listed above and one winner will be selected for each prize. The winner of each prize will be the first entrant randomly selected from all the individual entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winners will be randomly selected after midnight on April 3rd 2025. No individual can win more than one prize. 

The decision of CUI regarding any aspect of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified on or after the applicable date of selection via the email provided during the sign up process. CUI does not accept any responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. CUI will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. 

If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them they are a winner within 5 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and CUI reserves the right to select and notify a new winner. 

Data protection 

The personal information you provide in entering the prize draw will be used by CUI for the purposes of administering the prize draw, this may include the sharing of details with third parties to enable prizes to be distributed if necessary. All personal information shall be used in accordance with CUI’s Privacy Policy 

General 

CUI reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws ofthat country. 

CUI accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. 

CUI is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred by entrants as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 

Additional Prize Terms * 

10 sets of 12-Month Free Sports & Ultra Boost Vouchers 

The 12-Month Free Sports & Ultra Boost Vouchers are available to both new and existing NOW TV members. To redeem, new NOW TV members must visit nowtv.com, click “Buy Now,” start a 7-day free trial for Cinema, and enter the voucher code at checkout to apply the discount. After completing the checkout, they will need to register their details. 

For existing NOW TV members, they should sign in at nowtv.com, go to “My Account > Passes & Vouchers,” select “Apply a voucher” next to the pass they have, and enter the provided code. After entering the code, they can complete their purchase. If the winner has additional codes, they will need to repeat the process. 

Please note that each voucher code is for one-time use only. Sky will create and distribute the vouchers to the winners, who will receive full instructions on how to redeem them. 

Sky Bet Championship Final 2025 Tickets – Saturday 24th May 2025 at Wembley Stadium 

Winners of the Sky Bet Championship Final 2025 Tickets must download the certificate from the link provided to them on email. After downloading, they need to complete the certificate with their details, including their name, guest’s name, date of birth, full address, and supporting club, along with the certificate reference number. The completed certificate and required details must be submitted by Thursday, 24th April 2025. 

Once the certificate is filled out, winners must email the completed form and the required information to the specified address to claim their tickets. Further instructions on how to redeem the tickets will be sent directly by the EFL. 

World Cup Qualifier Wales vs. Liechtenstein Tickets  – Friday 6th June 2025 at Cardiff City Stadium. Winners of the World Cup Qualifier Wales vs. Liechtenstein tickets must comply with the FAW’s ticketing Terms & Conditions, which are available on the official FAW website: FAW Ticketing T&Cs. Tickets will be delivered via the Cymru Tickets app. Winners must download and register on the app to receive and access their tickets. CUI will coordinate directly with the FAW for ticket distribution.

Signed Lionesses 2023/2024 Shirt – Small, Female Fit 

Winners of the Lionesses 2023/24 Shirt (Small, Female Fit) will need to provide their name, surname, and email address to receive the shirt. Instructions for shipping and receiving the shirt will be provided once the winner’s details are confirmed. 

A vintage club gilet upcycled from your own kit by Rose Ojo 

Winners of the Vintage Club Gilet, upcycled from their own kit by Rose Ojo, must provide their name, surname, email address, and an old kit for upcycling. After submission, the winner will be put in touch directly with Rose Ojo for coordination. The winner will be responsible for sending the old kit to Rose Ojo for the upcycling process. All other necessary details, such as the winner’s shipping address, will be provided directly to Rose Ojo by the winner for fulfillment. 

School Prize Competition 2025

Entrants (being schools) can take part in one, two or all three activations and will be automatically entered into the prize draw once any piece of evidence is correctly uploaded per the activation instructions. 

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. 

• A maximum of one entry per school is permitted (but schools can record their activity in the campaign multiple times). 
• The prize draw is free to enter. 
• Employees and consultants of CUI and its group entities or our GFGS partners and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw. 
• The competition runs from 00.00 11th March 2025 until 00.00 3rd April 2025. 

Prizes* 

The prizes are as follows for individual entrants: 

1. An immersive experience delivered by Sky Up experts at Sky Studios Elstree for up to 30 young people and 3 supervising adults.*
2. A virtual school visit from author Dan Freedman, author of the Jamie Johnson series.**

The winning schools will be randomly selected after midnight on April 3rd 2025. No school can win more than one prize.

Additional Prize Terms * 

*Sky Tour 

The overall winning entry will receive the following prize: an immersive experience delivered by Sky Up experts at Sky Studios Elstree for up to 30 young people and 3 supervising adults. This experience will take place on a date to be agreed by the school and Sky Up within 12 months of accepting the prize. Prize is for Year 6 pupils and up. Reasonable coach travel costs up to a maximum of £1000 will be covered. 

All prizes that involve an experience or attendance at an event are for the winner, their class and the teacher who submitted the entry only. The winner(s) may not transfer the prize benefit as a gift or prize, nor email tickets to another party. They must also not distribute personal login details, unique codes, passwords or tickets or photocopy or print multiple tickets. The prize does not include any other service or item not specifically described above 

**Usborne Book Selection 

The winning school will receive a selection of books from Usborne -the book selection may include books displayed in promotional material. The chosen selection and number of books from Usborne is final and non-negotiable. The books will be sent by Usborne to an agreed address submitted by the school. Usborne will not be liable for any prize(s)that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

***Virtual School Visit The winning school will be eligible for a virtual visit from author Dan Freedman. This visit will take place on a date to be agreed by the school and Dan within 6 months of accepting the prize. The visit will be up to 30 minutes. The school is responsible for its own liaising with Dan and the visit arrangements.

Grassroots Prize Competition 2025

To enter, participants must take part in one or more of the grassroots club activations and upload evidence to the Green Football website. Clubs can take part in one or multiple activations and will be automatically entered into the prize draw once any piece of evidence is correctly uploaded per the activation instructions. 

By entering the prize draw, clubs agree to these terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted. 

• A maximum of one entry per grassroots club is permitted ( but clubs can record their activity in the campaign multiple times). 
• The prize draw is free to enter. 
• Employees and consultants of CUI and its group entities, or GFGS partners, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 
• The competition runs from 00:00 on 11th March 2025 until 00:00 on 3rd April 2025.
• One prize, the 10 pairs of tickets to England vs. Latvia, will be awarded to eligible entrants received before 00:01 on 17th March 2025 by the same method as the other prizes. All remaining and subsequent entrants will be in competition for the remaining prizes as described.
